Pre-Departure Coordination
We help coordinate selected candidates through the preparation stages before departure, including communication regarding employment arrangements and required processes.
Candidate Preparation
Candidates are encouraged to understand their employment conditions, workplace expectations, destination and responsibilities before travelling.
Deployment Coordination
Where deployment activities require a licensed recruitment agency or other authorised party, SFGW coordinates with appropriately licensed recruitment partners in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Employer & Candidate Follow-Up
We maintain communication with employers and candidates after arrival to help identify and address initial concerns during the transition period.
Workplace Transition Support
Where appropriate, we assist communication between the employer and candidate to support adjustment to the new workplace and working environment.
Ongoing Relationship
We aim to develop long-term relationships with employers and remain available to discuss future workforce requirements and recruitment needs.
